Ever since the birth of their daughter, Sarah & Jeff, had been searching for an upgrade from their city apartment. They were anxious to find a single family home for sale in a nice suburban neighborhood, including a yard for their three year old rescue dog, Crosby. Very interested in the learning more about the North Shore, and having known Natalie through mutual friends and assorted past clients, it was an easy connection to make.
After a brief search, Sarah and Jeff couldn’t shake the very first home they saw on their tour from their mind, and – after some back and forth – Natalie was able to secure the 3 bed/1.5 bath single family home in Northwest Evanston at the desired price.
More importantly, the real estate donation than came out of that home purchase was able to go towards the very same shelter that Sarah and Jeff adopted Crosby from two years earlier, Jellystone Barks Rescue Rangers. Winston, a newfoundland puppy, had been dropped off at Jellystone Barks Rescue Rangers after it’s owners had surrendered him due to cost of care. Winston had contracted a deadly illness, and was in need of approximately $3000 in care to save him. Through a significant donation generated through Real Estate with Purpose, as well as the contributions of other generous donors, Winston was saved and able to be adopted in late April.
